C&M seeks physicians and advance practice providers who possess and practice the art of medicine, as well as the science of medicine, and also have the ability to truly serve as the hospital’s ambassadors to the community. In order to meet the growing need for trained emergency physicians and advance practice providers, our recruitment efforts are year round and include personal referrals, advertisements in medical journals, mailings to eligible physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, displays at medical and scientific meetings, displays at job fairs, as well as direct contacts with graduating residents and advance practice providers.
Our recruiters also search to match appropriate physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who meet the hospital’s desired credentialing criteria. Once candidates are identified, we assess each providers’s personal skills, track record, background and overall suitability for our clients’ facilities. C&M exhausts every effort to make the transition into our group as easy as possible for each of our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
